Tap on your Talent book (the brown book icon in the bottom right area) and you will see your own Commander skills and a tab for Alliance skills. Only R4 and R5 can use them though.

I can see where the alliance skills are, but how do I ACTIVATE the skill. 0 0 REPORT

You can only activate them if they have been researched first, then only an r4 or r5 can activate this talent. Add your answer
