I've made it through chapter 4 and it's at point where I need to get back to the car. But the exit door under the church is blocked?? Not sure how to unblock it to exit. The video walkthrough they just exit

The game had an update not long ago that added some content to several chapters. The video you are watching may be from the old version. Check the guide for chapter 4 to see if you have missed any steps.
If this doesn't help then you can try restarting the chapter to see if that lets you complete it.
