Can some one explain how the encryption puzzle in lvl 15 pt2 works? I had to use the walk through to get the correct encryption setting, but I still can't work out how you get the answer...

In one of the soldiers living quarters there is a paper that you can read that gives you 5 examples of how the encryption works.
If you want a hint (look for matching and mismatching on that sheet)

Use the coder-5000 machine, set any code and you will get the final code. From that try to find the encryption code using the sheet you get in the living quarters.
