So I have only 28/31, but other than the level finishes, the extra trophies I have are:

Total Recall (chp.11)

Cinderella (chp. 13 pt1)

Hide the tracks (chp. 14)

John Wick (15 pt 2)

Independence day (15 pt 2)

Total annihilation (15 pt 2)

What did you explode to get Total Annihilation? I swear I exploded everything, got the achievement, but now it won't show up and I can't trigger it again

Shoot bathrooms, watch tower, gas tanks, all vehicles except one outside the gate. Ran over tents. I didn't run over all the trees so I guess that's not needed

These are the remaining three:
Treasure Island (chp. 12) - In the ship steering arcade game, go left till you reach -18 score
Billy the Kid (chp. 12) - win the western duel arcade game 11 times to beat the high score
Jimmy Ringo (chp. 12) - beat the western duel arcade game with insane mode turned on.

How did you get total recall? How do I "forget" the shards?

Total recall, just do the level without opening the trunk and come back to get the shards in the end
