In chapter 5 at the control panel it says "Communication channel failure" but everything else is "activ"

What is the solution to this?

You have to connect all the lines on the roof puzzle to activate the communication channel. though the key card box will open when you've just connected the two main red cables.

Have you solved the puzzle in the box on the roof of the building and also used the access card and entered the password on the panel to the right inside the box?
