I am a free player why am I getting charged 2000 diamonds to relocate?

To relocate to a specific location on the map you need to use a 'Directed Relocate' item. These are often earned in event rewards but you can also buy them in the diamond shop for 2000 diamonds or also in the Alliance shop for 200,000 alliance coins.

If you do not have any then when you try to relocate it will make you buy one first with diamonds.

If you use these a lot then try to look out for them in event reward shops and other rewards in the game to stock up on them in advance.
