Why did I get awarded a fool badge?

The fool badge is one of the titles that the state governor can place on people. This title will reduce your research speed by 9% but increase food production by 3%.

In the state map tap on the zenith hub to see the titles and the details of the governor. You can reach out to the governor to ask to have it removed. Or when the next wasteland war happens (every two weeks) the titles will reset and you can get a new governor.
