How to obtain Phoenix?

Earn a ranking in the Improve Might series events

You can get Phoenix frags from reward items called Ace Hero II and Ace Hero III boxes. These are rewards from certain daily events such as the Hero Upgrade. You can earn 2 from reaching the final reward box for the event and then more depending on your rank at the end of the event.

You can also get them from the Timed tavern event.
