Combat manuals...they are going to be the death of me. I have bought many, got many on campaigns. Have plenty of anti serum and it has been nothing but a hassle to get to 71. Help? What am I doing wrong? I'm not spending more money when it shows I have 19!

To evolve a hero to 71 you need
30 Combat Manual I (1 star)
60 Combat Manual II (2 stars)
95 Combat Manual III (3 stars)
10,000 Anti serum
If you have all of these available and it still isn't working then there must be a glitch. We suggest you screenshot the Evolve screen to show what you have and then contact customer support in the game to show them.
