I bought combat manual 1, have like 19 of them and a charachter ready to be evolved, I see them in my bag, but I can't use it. Why? I don't buy often, but I did on that one for this express purpose. What am I doing wrong?

You might also need more Anti-serum. Tap on the Evolve button for the hero and it will tell you want you need for it. You might also need other combat manuals. There are many different levels.

Nope, got plenty of that as well. It literally shows I have all the materials, but I can not evolve a character to 71 for a 3rd time for some reason 0 0 REPORT
