My question is on alliance Tech research and how to get it started. I am a new commander of an alliance and I thought that this operation was automatic but I have an alliance Tech that was fully donated too but still hasn't been researched. How do I start the research process?

You have to actually tap the completed tech to start the research once everyone has donated and the bar is full. Only certain tiers like leader and r4 can research. If ur tier isn't high enough error message says unauthorized.
