I accidentally unbind my account from my gmail-account and closed my application. Now when I logged in with my gmail, it started new game with some default char and my old characters are gone? Can I retrieve my old account and character data somehow so I can keep playing?

Ask their customer support. You likely need your character ID and other info. Message google. Some places save info you unbinded from. Some don't.

This the same exactly happened to me. Can i ask if have you retrieved your old character? Mine is still hasn’t retrieve yet. But im still hoping i they could help me to retrieve it.

Contact the Customer Service for the game. They might be able to retrieve the account
