Do speedup boosts stack?
Like activating construction boost and then using a 30% speedup boost. Will the effects stack or is it a waste?

Yes those 2 boosts will stack. You can't stack more than one of the same boost through.

How about with state boost? For example 30% training boost + state training boost, they will stack? 0 0 REPORT

Yes they will. If you are planning on doing a lot of training I'd also activate the Cost Red talent so that you'll use less resources while training.Search for more answers for Puzzles & Survival or ask your own here.
