Should I use all my Cmdr Exp points when I earn them? Or should they be saved for later?

There are no other rewards for using them apart from when you level up. So you can use them when you get them. There is no rush though, unless you have enough to reach the next level.

Make sure you have Otto (maxed) before you use them...30% bonus 0 0 REPORT
