My heroes are maxed out I can't evolve or upgrade them so they stuck on the level they on and 5. They are are 2, 3 started heroes once they are on 5 I can't do anything? Help me please

These are game limits, it depends on the hero. 2, 3 and 4 star heroes can only reach +5 Enhancement. 5 star heroes can go up to +8.
For levels: 2 star can reach level 70, 3 star can reach level 130, 4 star can reach level 210 and 5 star heroes can reach level 400 at the moment.

Make them red star, tap the yellow arrow sign beside the heroes level.
