How do you activate hunt mastery?

Hunt mastery is a skill that is unlocked through the Commander Talents under 'Balance'. Once unlocked you can find it in the Talent book. This is the brown book icon seen on the lower right of the screen. Just tap on it or any other unlocked talents and select 'Use' to activate it.
