Why did one of my Build options quit working?

The game has 1 build queue always open and 1 that needs to be unlocked. You can unlock it using diamonds for certain lengths of time (up to 30 days) wen that expires you just pay move diamonds for more time. Or you can also earn Hammer items that you can use for 1 day at a time. There is also the option to pay money to open it permanently.
