When I try to train my t6 troops the Window drops an icon (seems useless to the training actually) which let me dismiss troops! Why is it so? What does It mean?

You can remove troops that you don't want. Perhaps if you have a lot of lower tier troops that you don't want to promote, it will reduce food consumption. Not used it myself
