How do I teleport to the gather section of level one pit?

For the Rare earth pit you do not need to teleport there. When you go to 'Enter Field' you will see lots of locations, most will be filled. If you have not yet unlocked the option to auto occupy then you need to find an empty spot to gather from. (Auto occupy is the purple crystal icon on the lower right)

You can flip through the sections with the arrows at the bottom of enter a section number. Try entering a high number to find the last section in the field where there will often be empty slots. Tap on the empty slot and then Occupy it.
