I'm in a pretty new alliance, all of us being around lvl 1 - 11. A lvl 20 relocated to our base and is now just raiding us constantly. Any way to get rid of them besides getting stronger and fighting them?

Bubble up, but really I’d just reach out to someone bigger than him in your state and ask them to take him out. Just explain that you’re a new alliance and trying to grow but this player is making it hard. Our state has rules against this kind of stuff.
