Where do I find my server rank?

Depends on exactly what you are looking for. There are ranks for players and alliances in the server and overall in the Leaderboards, which you can find by tapping on the More '+' icon in the bottom right.
Some events will also have rankings for yourself and your state. If that is what you are looking for check the event screen to find it.
