What happens when an outside state wins Wasteland King?

A few things.

1. your state will have no governor, no boxes and no titles.

2. The winner will receive your boxes.

3. The largest might player will hold access to your states entry requests.

4. The other state will receive all of your transport taxes.

5. Everyone will be able to see you lost your hub on the state list.

Other than that, your normal game play continues.
