Do I lose my resources if I move to another state?

Resources at the top of the screen (not in the bag) will be lost if they are above the protected level. So it is better to use them before migrating. Resources stored in the bag are safe.

Note that when you migrate you will need to leave your alliance which will return any resources in the alliance warehouse to you. These will return to your general store at the top of the screen so may put you over your protected limits.
