In puzzles and survival if fort is removed will tech bonus reset?

Your tech will not reset. Alliance tech only resets if you disband the Alliance completely. If you remove the fort, you will not receive the Alliance bonuses until you place it in a new location and are within the Alliance territory (outlined by the green lines).
