Commander stats are shown as % boosts. Where can I find the base stats those % work off?

Commander stats are shown as % boosts. Where can I find the base stats those % work off? For instance, troop heros boost troop stats, where do I find those base stats for say troop attack?

You can see the might of troops under the individual troop type at the facility where you click to upgrade/train them. I was looking for this info as well. Im trying to make a spreadsheet but I haven't found a place to see a lot of stats other than the percentage boosts.
