Have a bunch of L30 players. It keeps saying "Level maxed out, evolve to raise the level cap. But when I hit evolve it says I need to be L31 to evolve. What am I missing?

You need to be level 30 to evolve and it will require combat manuals (I and II) and some antiserum. Above the Evolve button is the items you need. You can get more combat manuals from the campaign levels. You need to do the evolving to get to level 31.

You also need do an Evolve at levels 10, 30, 70, 130, 210, 310

Can’t evolve due to not enough evolution materials. When I try to get more from campaigns it says need to update heros and because of this I can’t win the fights to complete the campaign. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Just redo your previously completed campaign levels. Or use blitz coins to do it get the stuff faster
