I am playing with an iphone and tried to enter redeem codes in the link shared in this post but asks for a server number where I can see this info because it says that my character is not found

The server number is also your state number. If you don't know which state you are in go to the world map and tap the coordinates bar near the top of the screen. This will show you your location in terms of S: (state or server) and then X: and Y: in the state.
You can also tap on any location in the world map and it will show you the S: number.
