Valiant king... Can I make a torrent reinforcement without leave my alliance?

Not if your intention is to help your state. ONLY the alliance holding the hub can reinforce. When *any* other alliance goes to a tower, it is an attack, regardless of whether you are from the state or not. You must be a join to be a member of the alliance holding the hub in order to help.
