Why they kept cancelled my rally attack on Zombies Lair one level due to insufficient allies?

To run a rally on a Zombie Lair you need at least 2 players to join in the attack, so you will need to be in an alliance if you are not already.

You can attack zombie lairs alone but then all of the sudden after a while you are unable to... why is that?

once the state gets older, sololing up to lvl 15 lair is removed. Really just depends on old the state is.
