If I'm the leader of an alliance how do I quit the alliance in order to join another one?

If I'm the leader of an alliance how do I quit the alliance in order to join another one? I'm not seeing a quit alliance button.

You will need to promote another member of the alliance to the R5 position first. Check the member list and promote someone to take your place. You should them have the option to Quit in the Operations section.
