How do I know when rss tiles reset?
There is a tile reset every hour. New tiles will appear randomly although the number that appear will vary.
The reset time will be "temporarily fixed", but can change from time to time, usually when there is a major game update.
For example tiles might be resetting at the moment at 25 minutes past each hour (1:25, 2:25, 3:25 etc..) After the next update this might change to 49 minutes past each hour, or some other time. Keep an eye out for when you see lots of empty tiles or ask around to find out the current reset time. It is reliable, but remember it will change at some time in the future.
There is no specified time for this. It will depend on how fast the existing resource spots get used up and cleared. Once enough are used up and removed from the map new ones will appear.
I would recommend checking roughly every 5 minutes if you can for new ones to appear.
