What heroes should I be putting up against a purple, red and green enemy in the campaign challenge. I’ve tried changing people around but can’t seem to get the right heroes?

In the campaign I would suggest just using your strongest heroes. If possible include a healer.
Having one of each colour can mean that you will be able to do damage with any tile colour combinations and this usually is best. You can focus on the heroes that are good against the targets, Yellow, blue, red but only if you have good strong heroes in those colours.
