How to avoid other players to attack me? Those attacks are more regular recently?

Use the 2hr and 8hr shields or increase your might so it’s too hard to attack you. You can also move to a different and stronger alliance, that will make it harder for you to get attacked. If you want to stop getting attacked completely then find an alliance under NAP.
