Hi! One of my teammates disconnected his account and now he can't get it back. He does not have his game ID either. How can he get his account back on IOS? Thank you

I think the only thing your friend can do is to contact the game support for help. With the state number, Name and possibly details of any purchases made on the account they should be able to locate the account for him.

Check the support page for contact details if you need them.
