I bought a few boxes from the daily/weekly/monthly part of store but realized that I'm not getting..

In the Gift Center (the second item down on the top right) you can buy Silver W. Card or Gold M. Card they give daily rewards for a week or month.

If you mean in the Mall (top icon) under the Limited Offer section where it says Daily Box, Weekly Box, Monthly box, then these only contain one set of items as displayed. The headings here mean that these offers can only be purchased once a day, week or month.
