How do I use the fast build talent?

You will have a small book icon near the lower right of your screen that you can tap to view you talents. Activate the talent here and you will then have 5 minutes to start any building or research projects. Any that you start during that time will take 20% less time to complete.

After the 5 minutes finish you have to wait 24 hours to use it again.
