Trucks means the Vehicle class troops. Vehicles are good for gathering as they have high load but for fighting they are very weak and also march slower.
If you send vehicles to a lair then they take up room that could be used for other troops and will not be very effective in the fight. When space is limited in the rally its best to not send any vehicles.
When you select the troops to send to the rally just make sure to not use the auto select and don't add any of the vehicles (cars / trucks).

This is all wrong. Vehicles are amazing. Yes they are slower but if you use them as support from other players, you'll see your stats significantly increase 0 3 REPORT

How? I’m trying to figure this out. I failed stealing a pit, then tried again without vehicles and succeeded by 8%Guest Replied
To be honest I have no idea how it works but t1 trucks at least seem to help decrease injured in lairs, but when a regular battle and such they don’t have the boost to be helpful. If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
