I accidentally came across a screen where I had not collected any alliance rewards which included a ton of engineering tickets it was not the same as the mall or quest... Does anyone know where to find that page also where do you collect the rewards from the dead rising?

Not sure which screen that is. But it may be the listing in your Bag under Gadget or Other where you can find reward boxes and items that you have earned but need to be opened or used to activate them.
Dead rising rewards will be delivered to your bag (and you will get a mail to confirm) when the event ends (expires).
