Turrets will continuously attack Zenith Tech hub when occupied by a different alliance

During the wars the turrets can be occupied by any alliance. If they are occupied by a different alliance to the one currently holding the Tech Hub then they will fire on the tech hub causing casualties to the players in the hub.
