I don't think this is possible. If you have connected your account to facebook, google play of game center then you would need to let the other person log in as you to access the game.

I think the easiest way would be to create a dummy account for either one of the binding options, unlink the character from your account, bind it to the dummy account and give tze other person the dummy account. They can load the character and if wanted, unlink from dummy and bind to their preferred option or simply change the password for the dummy account.People sell their accounts on reddit and elsewhere, so it's definitely possible.
