Every time I try to challenge anyone in Arena, pretty much everyone I get paired with is too leveled up for me. Every time I get close to their level I get even more harder Opponents. All of my hero’s are under 70 but one. And every person I verse all of their hero’s are lvl 160 and up. It’s definitely not fair lol. How do I fix this?
Now I know I’m not the only one with this problem. If Dual Hero Survival wasn’t a daily quest then I would never go in to challenge anyone.
Most of us seem to have this problem except for those who've been playing since Biblical times. I'm pretty sure they understand our complaints by now so they probably aren't going to do anything about it.
I have this same problem on one account and the other it’s always been a fair algorithm. It’s confusing and very annoying. I basically go into the arena planning on the fastest way to lose so I still get the points. SMH.
I am in the UK. I have noticed that if you duel in unsociable hours, late night / early morning there seems to be alot lower ranked opponents to choose from.
I just reset a few of my really high ranked heroes and it worked immediately. I haven't started upgrading them yet, I'll send another reply and let you know if after the resets if my challenger options continue to remain lower. This issue has driven me crazy for months. I hope this helps someone else!
This is very much how the Arena works. At the start of the week there will be a wide range of opponents to chose from and you should be able to find some that you can beat. As you progress and do better the opponents you match with will be harder. The puzzles games can also require some luck to do well in.

your level... cmdr duel is far worser.... makes no sense... the algoritham is not programed right....
Today I spent 35 duel passes (3k in diamonds too) to stay in the top 3000, and now, 30 min before reset time I'm unraked...
So 35 wins, and lost 4 and I'm unraked.... It's really unfair.... Ranking is false and unrealistic.... The same applies for cmdr duels.....
The worst part about the arena is the bigs can find you but you can never find anybody weaker than you. You can only refresh the list so much before you start questioning why are you spending so much time in this rigged game.
Devs created this game to make money and if you want to be competitive in the game, you have to spend money.
