Upgrading the training camp buildings to access higher Tier troops will help. Other than these are many ways to add percentage increases to your troops ATK, DEF and HP stats.
Military Research in the Research Center + Alliance research
Gear, Chips, Modules and Cube items that can be promoted, enhanced and refined in your Commander Info interface.
Glory which can be added to various buildings once they reach Level 15.
