Why can’t I use the starter relocate to move to a different state? It does not give me the option to use it but it is in my bag.

To use the starter relocate you need to go to the world map (once it is unlocked for you) then tap the coordinates option at the top and enter the new state number, and go to the new state map. Once there tap any empty ground and select the Immigrate option.

The starter relocate is total BS. It says it will be removed from my bag on the 7th day after I started playing, or when my HQ reaches level 7. So I tried to use it, but the game won't let me go to another state until my HQ is level 15. Which makes it uselessGuest Replied

must read the requirement carefully.1. MUST finish chapter 2
2. Go to World Map & select co-ordinate to select which state you want to migrate
3. You should not have any account on the state you which to migrate
6. Either should not exceed HQ 6 or day 7
But, it seem that this migrate is doesn't give much advantage if you unable to migrate your farm account to support your main account on the same state.
