How do you reset the Eva points?

You can reset the EVA skills, but you have to reset each one individually. Go to either of the skill lists and tap the Upgrade button to the right. You will then have the option to reset that skill and get the skill points back that you spent on it.
You will have to have a Modifying Kit item available to do the reset. You can get these in the Alliance shop.
