How can I see my total amounts of resources including the items stored in the bag?

Tap on your HQ building and then the 'Sanctuary Overview' in the top right.

This will list your held resources, output rate and any usage / upkeep.

You can still click upgrade even tho it may be red and you can auto fill the amount or you can see how much you have and or how much you need still on each resource
