What is direct relocate used for?

The direct relocate items are used to teleport your base to a new location on the map. With Direct locate you can choose the spot to move to, while the Random Relocate item will move you to a random location.

Direct relocate does not let me use it but says I have one. Soooo confused.

I believe you have to be HQ12 before you can use direct relocates

Pick a tile then choose relocate. Thats how you use it.

Pick a location, click the location you want to relocate, click relocate, make sure all 4 corners are green confirm relocation.

Relocation is immediate, all marching and gathering troops will return sanctuary instantly with relocation.
