How can I get an extra march?

You can get an extra march by reaching VIP 8 or by unlocked the tech research, March Queue I.

I already have 5 march caps and I just reached vip 11 and it says march cap +1 but I didnt get it

The game lists the benefits of the VIP levels including those gained from previous levels. The 'march queue +1' benefit is introduced at VIP level 8 but you will then see it listed under every subsequent VIP level. You don't get another march queue each time, just the same benefit continuing.

If you continue looking at the military tech tree you'll see other opportunities to unlock more marches, just keep unlocking the tech to get them. It may take a while!
