I am trying to reset one of my heroes but when I click the circle arrows in the upper right corner..

I am trying to reset one of my heroes but when I click the circle arrows in the upper right corner I get a message that reads "Hero not idle. Unable to reset." How do I get my hero into idle status so I may reset it?

It mean that the hero still on duty, whether still gathering recourses or stil on rally attack..

We can recall them to get back to the base..

They can't be hunting zombies or gathering supplies
