Only one of my heroes can be moved up all others are stuck at 10 or 30 it will not let me evolve them..

Only one of my heroes can be moved up all others are stuck at 10 or 30 it will not let me evolve them even though I have tons of combat manuals how do I add the combat manuals I have?

You have to get frags for them, enough to enhance them then evolve....takes awhile

combat manual have so many colour. check which colour u lack. and also need antiserum to evolve. 0 0 REPORT
