How do you use the modifying kit on eva?

Eva is now Nova.

Select the Nova option in the Research Lab. ad then go to the skills list at the bottom.

find any skill you want to reset and tap the upgrade button for it. You will then see a Reset option. Tap this. If you have a modifying kit available then you can now use it to reset that skill and claim back the points.

Used to reset an individual item either military or economy not a blanket reset
